Delivery Information

We aim to make the delivery of our products from us to you as smooth as possible.

1. Where do you deliver?

We currently only deliver to the UK, including Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man.

2. Who do you use for delivery?

We use Royal Mail as our delivery service for here in the UK.

3. What delivery options do you have? / How long does it take to deliver?

We offer a standard delivery of 48 hours tracked for £2.99.

If you wish to select next day delivery tracked it is £3.99. Orders must be placed before 4pm for next day delivery.

4. Order confirmation and tracking of delivery

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking reference number.

Please note that these above options are guidelines that we aim for, occasionally there can be hold ups in the process of the delivery journey. Once we dispatch the order, it is out of our hands. However, from there onwards you can follow the journey of your product(s) using your tracking number reference on the Royal Mail website.

5. Delivery details/change of address

It is down to you as the customer to check that you have filled in all of your delivery information correctly.

You can amend your order details if it has not been dispatched. If you wish to make an amends, please email us at myorders@enitylab.com and let us know the details.

If you have received an email confirming it has been dispatched and the tracking reference number, we are afraid it is already on its way to you and we cannot change it.

6. What if you have not received your order?

If you have any issues with the actual delivery to your chosen address or if it says that it has been delivered and you have not received anything please first check the tracking reference number on the Royal Mail website as there may have been a hold up in delivery.

If it says the order has been delivered and you have not received it, please contact Royal Mail directly here.

If we are out of stock we will notify you immediately. You can then either cancel your order and receive a full refund, or we can send you the order as soon as it is back in stock.
