By visiting our site and or purchasing something from us, you engage in our ‘service’ and agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions, which are set out below and cover those additional terms and conditions and policies, referenced herein.

Our Products

We provide food supplements, defined as: ‘any food the purpose of which is to supplement the normal diet and which is a concentrated source of a vitamin or mineral or other substance with a nutritional or physiological effect, alone or in combination and sold in dose form’- as of food.gov.uk

Payments

The price of the product will be displayed by the item, next to the ‘add to basket’.

You will see the price clearly for each item and the total of your order in ‘your basket’. We have the right to change the price of our products, which will be shown clearly on the website.

Once you ‘proceed to checkout’ you can check your order contains the correct items, it will show you clearly each individual item’s price and the total. We offer free shipping for tracked 48hrs. If you have selected a different shipping option, this will show the price and your total price will show for your items and shipping. If you are not happy with your order, you can go back and change it.

We accept payments from all major debit and credit cards.

Once you ‘confirm order’, if you have entered your payment details correctly, the payment will be processed. The payment will only be charged once we have dispatched the item(s), however the price payable by you for the item(s) may appear as a pending transaction against the payment method you use.

The terms of your payment will be based on your Payment Method and may be determined by agreements between you and the financial institution, credit card issuer or other provider of your chosen Payment Method.

Returns and Refunds

Every customer has the right to return a product. We require that it is sent back within 30 calendar days from the day you received your delivery.

In order to return the product, please fill in the returns form, which can be found on our website on our contact us page. Please complete this, before agreeing to send the product back to us. The product is required to be unopened and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

Once we have received the returned product, if we are happy with the condition the product is in, we will notify you and provide a full refund.

If an item is bought on sale, it will be returned at the sale price.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the cost of shipping to return the product.

If the return/refund is the result of a damaged or broken product, please fill in the returns form, found on our website on our contact us page, and send it to us along with evidence of the broken or damaged product, such as a photo. Once we have received both of this, we will contact you with the next steps.

The cost of shipping to return the damaged or broken product will be reimbursed by Enity Lab if the circumstances are correct.

Accuracy of billing and account information

All orders of our products must be for personal use only. When you purchase a product(s), you are agreeing that it is for personal use and not to be re-sold or distributed for any commercial purposes. If we have reason to believe that your order is not for personal use, we reserve the right to reject or cancel any order that you place. If the product is out of stock, we will notify you by email and the payment will not be processed.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store at www.enitylab.com. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address (&credit card numbers and expiration dates), so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

Dispute Clause and governing law

Any dispute relating to any activity on this website or the purchase of an Enity Lab product is subject to the laws of England and Wales.

We do not warrant that materials/items for sale on the website are appropriate or available for use outside the United Kingdom. It is prohibited to access the website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful. If you access this website from locations outside the United Kingdom, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Waiver
